We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Exclusions and Limitations

Return Policy

Here at ArtFrederick, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in regards to the workmanship and quality of materials used to produce all of our product offerings. We strive to deliver high-quality products based on the order specifications set forth.

If you have placed your order and would like to return for a replacement, please call us at (need to get a toll free number), Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time, or send us an email to (need email to insert here). We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Replacements will be an identical product to the original. Replacements also require our 4-business day production time plus shipping time. The replacement will be shipped under the same shipping service level initially paid for in the original order.

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed your order and would like to cancel it, please call us at (need to get a toll free number), Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time, or send us an email to (need email to insert here).  We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but if your product has already printed when your request to cancel is received, we will not be able to stop production. Notification  via email, mobile phone (subject to confirmation in writing) or text message is sufficient. We reserve the right to levy a $30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

Governing Law

THIS AGREEMENT EVIDENCES A TRANSACTION IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE, AND THUS THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT AND APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAW GOVERNS THE INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THESE TERMS AND ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ORDERED OR PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. IN THE ABSENCE OF APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAW, THEN THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND (WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAWS PRINCIPLES) WILL GOVERN.
